What exactly are the bamboo toothbrushes made of?
Each toothbrush handle is made out of 100% moso bamboo from China and each brush is sealed in 100% compostable cello wrap made from wood and cotton pulp.
Are Brush Naked bamboo toothbrushes sealed in plastic?
Absolutely not! We wrap our toothbrushes in a 100% biodegradable/compostable cello made from wood and cotton pulp. We do that to keep them sanitary (it's going in your mouth after all!). It also allows us to send them to you without the box when you order directly from our website (just put 'NO BOX' in the comment section when you check out).
Why don't we just use a paper sleeve as packaging?
We've looked into this option and realize that some companies offer this option. The problem right now is that the paper sleeves are actually lined with a thin layer of plastic, much like a disposable coffee cups. Unfortunately, most of these companies haven't done their homework and don't even realize that the sleeve are lined with plastic.
What is the toothpaste and whitener made of?
Our Brush Naked toothpaste is an all-natural option for cleaning your teeth. We don’t use any artificial dyes and even package it in a recyclable tube. The Nelson Natural’s Charcoal Whitener is also all-natural, using the detoxifying properties of charcoal to pull bacteria, plaque, and tennis off teeth and naturally clean and whiten them.
How long do the bamboo toothbrushes last?
Our nylon bristle toothbrushes will last as long as a 'regular' toothbrush (three months or longer).

How does shipping work?
Shipping is free! But just remember, this doesn’t include tracking and usually takes 5–10 business days. If you want to make your purchase is really environmentally-friendly, you can chose to get it sent without a box. Just type “NO BOX” in the comment section when you are checking out.

What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is pretty simple: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money. No questions asked. There is no obligation on your part, but we'd love to know why we haven't met your expectations. If you have purchased more than one toothbrush, please return the unused (and unopened) remaining toothbrushes to the address below. We'll even pay for shipping.
