Collection: Wholesale Order Form

Wholesale orders are for approved retailers only.

Orders placed without an active wholesale account will be cancelled and refunded. To open a wholesale account, email smiles@brushnaked.com with your business name, website, and a brief description of your store.

Approved retailers: please include your company name and phone number in the shipping address, and select a WHOLESALE shipping rate at checkout. Selecting a direct-to-consumer rate will result in the order being cancelled and re-placed.
