Shipping Policy

We designed Brush Naked to ship as eco‑friendly oversized letters. Orders under CA$24 incur a flat CA$3 shipping fee. Orders CA$24 and over, including 4‑packs, 12‑packs, and multi‑brush subscriptions, ship free. Single‑brush subscriptions also have a CA$3 shipping fee.

Our brushes ship via Canada Post Oversized Letter service. Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days in Canada and 7–14 business days to the U.S.

We currently ship worldwide. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at smiles@brushnaked.com with your order number.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
