Cancellation policy

If you’ve subscribed to a recurring or auto-delivery order, you can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date. To make changes, log in to your account or contact us at smiles@brushnaked.com.

Cancelling stops all future charges — it does not affect orders already processed or shipped. There is no cancellation fee. If an order has already been charged before your cancellation takes effect, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped as normal; any refund requests for a processed order are handled under our standard Return and Refund Policy.
