Our refund policy is pretty simple: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money. No questions asked. We are proud of our product. There is no obligation on your part, but we'd love to know why we haven't met your expectations. If you have purchased more than one toothbrush, please return the unused (and unopened) remaining toothbrushes to the address below. We'll even pay for shipping.
